A Message from Susan Battley, Founder and CEO

Most executives would agree that success in today's business environment involves tremendous complexity, agility, and brain power. Opportunities, whether in the marketplace or the laboratory, challenge leaders to foster and leverage innovation while simultaneously managing risk and available resources. This is daunting work, not for the faint-hearted!

Exceptionally talented people--both individually and collectively--are at the heart of all peak performing organizations. As experts in applied behavioral science, we help leaders and senior managers to mobilize their "people assets" for optimal performance. We also add value by creating change mechanisms that are enduring, and that contribute substantively to the organization's mission.

Our independent, unbiased perspective translates into customized client solutions that incorporate state-of-the-art diagnostics and research while steering clear of management fads du jour. Indeed, we strongly believe that no firm can properly advise management on what programs to implement before first understanding the organization's culture, its history, talent pool, constituencies, and business imperatives.

We take great satisfaction and pride in serving a select group of Fortune 500 companies, multinational firms, and research and professional institutions with whom we forge long-term relationships.
